Q. What is
the average delivery time?
A. Approximately 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of
order.
Q. How is the equipment delivered?
A. All FREEDOM FACTORY LLC equipment is shipped via
UPS and comes fully assembled with the exception
of the SNOW SLIDER and RIDER BAR which require minor assembly.
Q. What colors are available?
A. THE REVOLUTION PRO COMP and RPC-SS mono-skis can be powder
coated just about any color you desire. However
there is an additional charge if you select a two
process color - such as a candy apple, etc.
Q. Do you have Junior equipment?
A. Yes, the REVOLUTION PRO COMP, and the RPC-SS come
in a Junior version. The RIDER BAR and SNOW
SLIDER come with the necessary parts to convert
from adult to junior.
Q. Do you make a Junior version of the SNOW
SLIDER?
A. The SNOW SLIDER comes with two sets of lower
limbs to allow you to accommodate children as
well as adults on the same unit.
Q. Is there a warranty on FREEDOM FACTORY
Equipment?
A. Yes, all FREEDOM FACTORY LLC equipment carries a
one year warranty.
Q. How do you determine seat size?
A. The order form has a measurement chart which,
when completed, helps in determining correct seat
size.
Q. Do you have used equipment for sale?
A. Occasionally we make one of our demos
available for sale. Sometimes we will know of
someone selling one.
